DENIC to provide longer telephone service

 DENIC has made a further improvement in its services. In future, it will be accessible by telephone for longer hours. On the DENIC website at www.denic.de a wealth of information and guidance is provided on all aspects of domain registration and administration, including a large number of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs). For any problems that cannot already be solved thanks to these numerous explanations, DENIC's Helpdesk employees are now going to be available for longer hours every day from Monday to Friday, namely from 8:00 to 18:00 (C.E.T.). The number to call from within Germany is 01802 33 64 20 or internationally +49 69 27 235 270.

However, for domain holders who have a question or other concern (especially of a technical nature) about their own domain, the correct contact remains the provider (ISP) whom they have contracted to administer their domain.
