This application is used to convert the native form of an IDN (U-label) into its ASCII string (ACE form) in the DNS (A-label) and vice versa.

For example:

IDN-Form: überall-ist.de
ACE-String: xn--berall-ist-8db.de

The conversion is executed in accordance with the latest version of the IDNA standard (RFCs 5890 to 5894). It supports Unicode 5.2 and applies the IDNA compatibility processing in the "nontransitional" mode as defined in the Unicode Technical Standard #46.
