CENTR (Council of European National Top Level Domain Registries) is a not-for-profit association of mainly European ccTLD registries (that is domain registries of country codes such as .de). CENTR wants to provide a forum for international discussion of all matters of domain registration.

The other members of the Board are Pierre Bonis (AFNIC, .fr) and Irina Danelia (Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ), who have also been elected in Budva, and Elisabeth Ekstrand (IIS, .se) and Danko Jevtović (RNIDS, .rs/.СРБ).
