DENIC has participated in the hearing on the “Mid Term Review of the Joint Project Agreement” of NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Administration) by submitting a written comment. The target of the hearing is to evaluate the progress ICANN has made in its work since the “Joint Project Agreement” (JPA) came into force two years ago. The Agreement was concluded for a term of four years and subjects ICANN to the supervision of the US-American Department of Commerce.
