Depending on the mailing list you have subscribed to, the list is used for general discussions about .de domains, ENUM domains, and DENIC matters. Additionally, you get up-to-date information related to DENIC (such as press releases, announcements, maintenance or disturbance notifications) or to technical news (such as topical information from all over the world about domains, the Internet, Internet governance, ICANN, etc.). We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you have given (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Depending on the type of your inquiry, your personal data may, if necessary, be transferred to DENIC Services GmbH & Co. KG and processed by it. Once the processing of your inquiry is finished, your personal data will be retained in accordance with the relevant retention obligations under tax and commercial law and then deleted. Pursuant to Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code, the retention period is ten full years for accounting records and, pursuant to Section 257 of the German Commercial Code, six full years for business documents.
