Junior Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
- Event management: organisation and coordination of internal and external events – from planning to follow-up
- Social Media & AI: management and development of our social media channels, content creation and data analysis with AI tools
- Web maintenance: updating and maintaining our corporate website, including contribution of editorial content
- SEO & Analysis: implementation of measures to increase the visibility of our websites in search engines
- Content creation: writing creative and target group-oriented content for different channels – putting a focus on quality and added value
- Visual marketing: creating inspiring graphics and visuals with image editing tools
- Translations: render support with translations (German – English) – ideally at native speaker level
Qualifications:
- Education: degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification
- Job experience: first practical experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or a company
- Skills: creativity, a knack for writing and a good instinct for target group-relevant content
- Technical knowledge: experience with image editing programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva); knowledge of TYPO3 is an asset
- SEO & digital tools: basic knowledge of SEO and a passion for digital trends and the use of AI tools
- Personality: You have outstanding organisational skills, are a committed team player and like to work independently.
- Language skills: Perfect command of German and English, ideally at native speaker level.
